What I’m working on this month
Working through the GTM for Holocron this month, which means figuring out the right channels and the right message and getting clearer on who actually needs this in their hands first. Alongside that, running proper tests with real operators at real venues rather than relying on assumptions or controlled demos.
Reading
- Authority, Jeff VanderMeer. The second book in the Southern Reach trilogy and noticeably quieter and stranger than the first.
- Morning Star, Pierce Brown, on audiobook. The third Red Rising book, narrated by Tim Gerard Reynolds, and genuinely difficult to put down.
